Returns：
We accept returns for defective or damaged products within 14 days of delivery. If you receive a defective item, please contact us promptly at support@imimeng.com. We will provide instructions on how to return the item for a refund or replacement.
Return eligibility:
Item must be unused and in the original packaging
Item must be in the same condition as when received
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective products. If you wish to exchange a defective item for the same product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To initiate an exchange, follow the return instructions for defective items. Once we receive and confirm the defect, we will ship a replacement item at no additional cost.
If the replacement item is unavailable or out of stock, we will issue a full refund for the returned product.
